At 10X Health System, we are dedicated to ensuring you look and feel your best in our premium performance apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled with priority.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all 10X Health System tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
